In the Midst of COVID-19, Ambassador is Supporting Schools, Faculty and Students

The well being of everyone in the Ambassador community is of vital importance to us. The uncertainties surrounding COVID-19 are having a tremendous impact on our lives and our work. As we all focus on making sure our families, friends and colleagues stay safe and healthy first and foremost, we must also consider the effect this situation is having on the entire education process.

At Ambassador, we are committed to taking proactive and preventive action. We have implemented necessary safety precautions for our employees, and remain committed to providing uninterrupted service to our clients. We regularly test business systems continuity as part of our ongoing activities. Our technology operations are fully supported through robust backup protocols and our service and technology teams have remote access capabilities.

Whatever a school chooses as its course of action during this critical time, Ambassador is here to support them. While some schools are operating as usual, a number of schools are shifting coursework online for remote learning, providing virtual access to course content and assignments. For schools considering changing the format of course materials to accommodate students for the remainder of the semester or term, Ambassador can help. We handle the entire process to get digital resources (eBooks, access codes, publisher direct, courseware and software) into students’ hands, easily and immediately.

We will get through this stressful time, and to do so, we must come together to keep the education process moving forward and to support everyone being impacted. Ambassador is committed to our client schools, faculty and students, and we are standing by ready to help in any way we can.
